Having started his professional life early with India’s premier direct sales company, Eureka Forbes Limited, Pallab was subsequently a part of the team that introduced the concept of “Yellow Pages” with the telephone directory in India. As a hard core salesman, Pallab has had the distinction of booking a commercial advertisement from a temple.
While pursuing a successful career in sales, Pallab’s expertise was sought to develop the next generation of sales professionals, and thus commenced a journey of unending quest to learn and transfer learning, enabling people unleash their potential in achieving excellence.
Pallab’sexperience in learning & development spans across various industries including Finance & Banking, Telecom, Insurance, Advertising, Retail, Manufacturing, Power, Steel, BPO etc. He has worked in Fortune companies like ING, Allianz and Tata’s in various leadership capacities.
Pallab has extensive knowledge and understanding of a wide range of adult learning techniques, methods, including digital based blended learning. To his credit, he has pioneered and facilitated many acclaimed individual development programs including training of trainers. He has also helped create L&D frameworks in organisations.
