Ram Yadav -Corporate Trainer and Consultant

Starting from the ranks of a Direct Sales Executive & rising through perseverance, commitment & hard work, Ram Yadav ended his 17 years of Corporate stint in Sep 2017.

 

The journey took him through Door to Door Sales of kitchen appliances to selling Ice Cream in Retail and Vending Distribution to selling of Housing Loans through sales executives and channel partners. In his sales stint of 5 years he worked with brands like HUL and ICICI Bank. His fundamentals of selling got nurtured and strengthened with these sales institutions like organizations.

He was hand-picked to transition to the noble profession of training and development as he is a natural motivator and passionate to make people excel in their lives. In his training journey he grew from a training executive to India head of training and the organizations that associated with him are Max New York Life Insurance, Tata Group and Suzuki India. He was last designated as Head – L&D in Suzuki Motorcycle.

 

Ram is one of the pioneer members and lead facilitator of Anexion Transformation that was established in 2012 out of sheer passion by handful of PRO L&D professionals to make human beings to challenge their limitations and take charge of being architect of their future.

 

After facilitating over 1000 programs and making positive changes in the lives of over 20000 people what he is known for is, his simple and humble therefore very practical approach. He creates invigorating experiences in his interventions. His expertise in selling makes his Sales Workshops real impactful.

 

A Management Graduate from 1998-2000 batch, he is a keen researcher as well. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Management on the subject of training and its impact on business results that he is pursuing as his area of research, from Amity University, Noida.
