In his last corporate assignment, Abraham was Regional Head for Academy of Sales and Retail Management (ASRM), a training organization launched by Tata Teleservices Ltd, managing a team of 16 trainers spread across Southern part of India, responsible for planning of training interventions in line with business objectives, driving quality delivery and measuring effectiveness of training interventions in his region.
Abraham is certified in Behavioral Interventions, Personal Profile Analysis (PPA), Assessment Center, Achievement Motivation workshops and a certified Life Coach. Abraham is specialized in conducting leadership & behavioral workshops apart from workshops on direct and consultative selling. Abraham is also engaged in organizational consulting with few clients on an ongoing basis
