The Transformation Journey (TJ) : 4 Steps Approach

The participants will be taken through the Transformation Journey through the following steps.

  • Introduction to Self – through psychometric assessment, 360 degree, behavior reflection during games / activities.
  • New Learning – through case study, group discussion, group presentation, role play and video based discussion.
  • Development Plan – making and implementing the plan along with hand-holding by the faculty.
  • Assessment – through 360 degree feedback.
