Dr. Ajay Shrivastav is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by International Coach Federation (ICF). He has over 2,000 hours of coaching senior leaders of various corporate houses. His Research Paper on Coaching Competencies was selected and published during Annual Coaching Conference in Aug 2012. His interview appeared in ICF Newsletter in Jan 2014.

Dr. Shrivastav has been trained on Psychological Assessment and Psychometrics by IIM, Ahmedabad. He is a trained and Certified Assessor and Practitioner of MBTI, FIRO-B, FIRO – Business, HPTI, Human Potential Assessment, PPA-HJA (DISC -Thomas), General Intelligence Assessmentand Trait Emotional Intelligence.

He has been trained in Leadership and Change Management at IIM, Ahmedabad. He has been conducting various leadership interventions and impact assessment in various corporate houses across industries. He is Creator, Facilitator and Mentor for CEO’s Club at Adani Wilmar Ltd – an innovative HR Approach for Building Talent Pipeline – for which the company got awarded with Asia Training and Development Excellence Award – 2016 at Singapore.

He is trained and certified on Competency Modelling and Competency Mapping by SHL and CII. He has also been trained and certified to conduct Assessment Development Centre by XLRI.He has been conducting Assessment and Development Centers for various large corporate houses.

He is trained on Strategic Thinking by IIM, Indore. He is also trained and certified as Strategy Consultant by IIM, Bangalore. He helps organizations on Strategic Planning and Balanced Score Card implementation.

Dr. Shrivastav is a versatile professional with over 3 decades of rich work experience in various business areas like Technology, Field Service, Customer Care, Sales, COO, HR, Training and Leadership Development. Starting his career with Indian Air Force, Dr. Shrivastav has worked in various corporate houses like Modi Xerox, Redington India and Tata Teleservices in various roles, and in various geography.

A graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering with MBA in Sales and Finance, Dr. Shrivastav developed new competencies and acquired in-depth knowledge by completing Diploma in Leadership and Doctorate in Behavioral Science.

With Fellowship in Strategic OD as a feather in his cap, he has been running various OD interventions across different organizations.
