She comes with rich experience in the area of Counselling, having counselled more than 2000 students alongwith parents so far as a part of Pathfinder and Pathfinder Plus Career Counselling Sessions.   Experience Under her leadership, Knowledge Academy has seen some of the most fruitful associations for Pathfinder test towards building career of the students such as Delhi Public School, Rachna School, Shanti Asiatic School etc. She also heads the Human Resource and Administration Department at Knowledge Academy and is in charge of Recruitment, Grievance and Redress of Various Critical Issues related to Employee Management.
